1. Who are you?

We are the Hostile City Scooter Club (HCSC). However, we are not a club. So I guess we are just hostile scooterists geographically located in the greater Philadelphia PA area.

2. Why does this website display incorrectly on my computer?

You see, there is this thing called web standards. Web standards are important, and the HCSC website adheres to them. Specifically, this website uses Cascading Stylesheets (CSS) to position elements on the webpage. If the HCSC website looks goofy in your browser, you're probably using a crappy browser that doesn't fully support CSS positioning (do I here Internet Exporer 6 or [gasp], something even more antiquated?). Don't complain to us if you haven't figured out how to upgrade your browser to something more modern and compliant, such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or even IE 8. However, if you are using a modern, standards-compliant browser and are still having trouble viewing our website, please let us know.

3. When is the next rally?

The HCSC organizes an annual rally around the 4th of July holiday. There are other rallies in the area throughout the year organized by other clubs and/or individuals. Please visit http://scoot.net/calendar/ for the most comprehensive look at upcomming rallies.

4. Why do you guys ride scooters?

Because your mom was not availible.
